Thankfully, I like most of these foods. However, because of our work schedules, my husband does most of the cooking. He’s not a bean guy. He hates kale. Even when I cook, it’s rare that I have the time and foresight to plan healthy meals in advance and shop for the ingredients. I have done it from time to time. It’s a matter of making it a habit. In some ways, meal planning reduces stress because you know what you are going to be eating on any given day, and you know you have all the ingredients.
